Logistic and Shipping Executive
  • Responsible to execute the full spectrum of logistic operations and documentation;

  • Handle shipment coordination with suppliers, buyers, ship-brokers, freight forwarders, surveyors, insurance companies, etc... to ensure smooth delivery of the products;

  • Conduct periodic stock takes / reconciliations of inventory movements and balances;

  • Liase with vendors and customer on timely collection and delivery of cargo/shipment;

  • Verification of vendor's invoices and prepare billing invoices ti customers;

  • Negotiate with suppliers or customers to improve supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction;

  • Monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements. 

  • Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Logistics or equivalent.

  • Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain and logistic processes;

  • Strong understanding of logistic processes all related export and import shipment terms including custom procedures;

  • Good communication skilld and comfortable interacting with customers and service providers;

  • Proficient in MS Office (Microsoft Word,Excel, Power Point etc).

Senior Finance Executive Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Details
Senior Finance Executive
  1. Responsible for daily finance operations/accounting functions

  2. Preparation of monthly full set of accounts, financial and management reports (Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss etc) to specific deadlines

  3. Prepare annual budget and review

  4. Ensure accuracy of the trial balance and general ledger, including keeping accurate records of fixed assets, accounts payable, inventory and bank accounts

  5. Ensure smooth and efficient running of accounting procedures and system 

  6. Monitor all matters in relation to intercompany transaction 

  7. Handle tax matters including GST implementation and submission

  8. Liaison with external auditors, tax agents, financial institutions


Bachelor Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Accountancy or equivalent

Minimum 4 years of total working experience in relevant field of finance including consolidation of accounts

Proficient in MS Office application including Excel, Power Point (Knowledge of AX Dynamic System is an added advantage)

Proficient in written and oral English

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work well under pressure, working accurately with attention to detail and meeting deadlines

Ability to be flexible
